Looking Up Peter in Seattle Last week I was in Seattle and I remembered that my friend Peter had recently moved there. I looked up his name in the telephone book, called, but got the answering machine. Luckily, I finally found him at work. He was looking at a picture on his desk, and I swear he looked like the famous actor Harrison Ford! I know Peter looked up to Harrison Ford, but I was a little surprised to see that he had become a look-alike! I said Look lively! and he raised his eyes and looked me up and down. Hello! if it isnt my old friend Ken!, Peter said. With that, he got up, looked me up and down and shook my hand. I must admit, Peter didnt look his age in the slightest. In fact, he looked as if he was ten years older! I looked him straight in the eye and said, Well, I was in town and thought Id look in on you to see how youre doing in Seattle. How have you been? Peter responded that he was fine, but that he was also on the look out for a new cat. Looking over at the picture, I noticed that it was of a cat. Yes, he sighed, I didnt really look after my first cat very well. It ran away. Im sorry to hear that, I said. We talked for a while and decided to go out for a coffee. We were at a Starbucks when a beautiful woman walked into the Cafe. Peter quickly looked the other way. Whos she?, I asked. Nobody, just someone who looks down their nose at me. Just then somebody shouted Look out! Peter jumped up and pushed the woman hard. At first, she looked daggers at him. Then, realizing what had happened, she noticed that because Peter had been looking lively, she hadnt slipped on a ice coffee drink that was all over the floor. Im glad I looked Peter up, it certainly was an interesting day... SAT Score Percentiles (High-Precision Version)

SAT Score Percentiles (High-Precision Version) SAT / ACT Prep Online Guides and Tips Are you looking for ultra high-precision SAT percentiles?Official SAT percentiles released by the College Board only go as far as the ones place- this means you'll see only whole numbers such as 2, 56, and 93, without any decimals. But this isn't accurate enough for some test takers. For this article, I've calculated SAT percentiles to sixdigits of precision (and, yes, every digit can help, especially if you're scoring at the high end!). Refresher: What Are SAT Score Percentiles? If you need a detailed refresher on what an SAT percentile is, I highly recommend this excellent article on how to use SAT percentiles to your advantage. In short, your SAT percentile ranking tells you how you did compared with everyone else.So if you got a 65th percentile score (sometimes spelled %ile), this means you scored better than 65% of all other test takers. Note that your percentile score is not at all like a test score out of 100.While a test score refers to the fraction of questions you got right, a percentile represents the fraction of test takers you beat. What Are the Percentile Ranges for the SAT? Most charts, including those from the College Board itself, only give SAT percentiles to two digits of precision. This leads to a lot of silly tables. For example, on the official percentiles table, a ton of SAT scores map to the 99th percentile. In fact, on the composite scores chart, 13 scores (from 1480 to 1600) correspond to the 99th percentile. This just isn't enough precision for many reasons. For example, even though a score of 1490 is in the same percentile as a perfect 1600is, you can rest assured that far fewer test takers actually get a full 1600 than they do a 1490.If you're scoring near the top of the score range, knowing high-precision SAT percentiles can be very helpful. Even for students scoring less than near-perfect SAT scores, high-precision percentiles can help. If you're competitiveand want to get into a good college, every percent matters (just take a look at sports, wherein races are often won by mere hundredths of a second!). Suppose you find out you improved from the 50th to the 51st percentile. This could be just a small jump from 50.4 to 50.5, or it could be a massive leap from 49.5 to 51.4. One is 19 times larger than the other! In other words, high-precision SAT percentiles help you understand more about your own SAT scoring abilities and improvements. High-Precision, 6-Digit SAT Percentiles Chart Without further ado, here is our high-precision SAT percentiles table. Note: To make this table, I used official SAT score data from 2015. So why not 2017 data? 2015 was thelast time the College Board released charts detailing the exact number of test takers that got every possible score on the SAT. (Nowadays, they only release ranges.) But since percentiles don't change much from year to year, these high-precision percentiles should still hold true today. To calculate the SAT score percentiles above, weusedreal data released by the College Boardon the exact number of students whoearneda certain score. Then, we summed the exact number of students (not a survey, not an estimate- the precise number of students to the single individual) to get the percentile. Within a score group (e.g., those scoring exactly 2110), we presume exactly half are above and half are below so that 600 does not correspond to 0.0000 percentile, nor does a perfect 2400 correspond to 100.0000 percentile exactly. A note about the current SATvs the old SAT:The table above is from the old SAT, with imputed new SAT scores. This means that current SAT scores arenotdirectly from the current SAT; they are calculated from how we would mathematically, or linearly, think about current SAT scores from old SAT scores. This is good enough if you want a rough mapping between the two. Unfortunately, the College Board no longer releases exact numbers of test takers for each score, so we can't update this table for 2017 (though the percentiles shouldn't have changed much anyway!). Did you know boosting your SAT score by 160 points can dramatically change your chances of getting into your dream school? We've written a guide about the top 5 strategies you must be using to have a shot at improving your score. Download it for free now: Do SAT Percentiles Change From Year to Year? As I mentioned above, SAT score percentiles don't change much from year to year, so you canuse any of the 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 scores for each other. However, you shouldn't use very early years (e.g., 2005) since the test does suffer from some long-term drift. It's also important to note thatthe SAT underwent a massive redesign in March 2016, shifting from a 2400-point scale to a 1600-point scale. Despite this change, SAT percentiles- even those based on the old SAT (e.g., 2015 and 2016)- haven't changed much, so you can stilluse the chart above to estimate high-precision percentiles for the current SAT. The Case against Money and Happiness Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1250 words

The Case against Money and Happiness - Essay Example The Easterlin Paradox was first published by Richard Easterlin way back in 1974. The paradox was mainly used to support the argument that a general increase in economical growth by a country, would not necessarily result in increased satisfaction levels by its citizenry (Leonhardt 2008). The argument supported by this paradox, was further supported by research that happened to prove that during the resultant aftermath that followed soon after World War II ended, the economy of Japan underwent a rather significant boom with the general economy’s output growing by an average of about sevenfold between the years ranging between 1950 an 1970. This staggering economical growth caused Japan to eventually become one of the world’s richest nations (Leonhardt 2008). Despite the massive economic growth witnessed in the country, polls conducted in Japan showed that the country’s citizenry appeared to become increasingly dissatisfied with their own lives. According to the re sults of one poll, the overall percentage of persons who happened to provide the most positive of the given possible answers pertaining to the level of satisfaction they were experiencing in their lives actually fell from the averages obtained during the late 1950s through to the early 1970s. It was evidently clear that although the people were richer, they were deemed to apparently not be happier. (Lee & Dwight 2006). The results of this Japanese anomaly are inherently somewhat flawed and money can result in happiness. The truth of this statement was verified by efforts of research conducted by two economists from Brookings Institution in Washington, Mr. Wolfers and Ms. Stevenson who discovered that the original research questions had changed and the most positive answer option that was given by the pollsters was one suggesting that although the respondents weren’t completely happy they were satisfied with their life as it were at the moment. Mr. Easterlin is quoted as writi ng that â€Å"it can generally be observed that persons residing in poor countries displayed a tendency towards becoming generally happier once their economic conditions became more favorable and they were subsequently able to afford their basic necessities. Any further gains on their part did not necessarily increase their income but simply just seemed to actually be resetting the bar†. Easterlin argued that one’s relative income which is basically a reflection of how much an individual happens to earn in comparison to how much other persons around the individual happened to be earning – mattered far way more than a person’s absolute income (Leonhardt 2008). The Easterlin Paradox was quickly adopted by the society and grew to become one of the major social sciences classics that were frequently cited in various academic journals as well as in the popular media (Leonhardt 2008). The Case in Support of Money Causing an Increase in Happiness It can be argue d that an increase in a person’s purchasing power can have the effect of causing a resultant increase in the happiness levels of the person. One of the most common arguments in support of this is that such happiness is generally a resultant feeling of one having more as compared to other persons in the same reference group.

Now-a-days, you can even make phone calls through the computer. Telephone is a great facility for the people of all around the world to connect them one another. Television What a wonderful feat the scientists have done by invented a television! They have provided us with a source of recreation. It is a boon for the people. In the twenty first century, science is progressing by leaps and bounds. It has caused many inventions. The television is one of the wonders of this age. It has made our life easier and more pleasant. We are very fortunate that we are born in the modern scientific age. The television is a symbol of the wonderful progress. It is manufactured by a large number of firms. It has become very common now-a-days. We can say, it has become a part of modern life. We enjoy many facilities as the ancient people could not even dream of it. We are indebted to that benefactor of humanity who invented it. Bit scientists are always busy in inventing such things as many lessen the troubles of human beings and give them comfort. A village Fair There was time when the amusements enjoyed by the villagers were quite different from that of the people living in cities. They took part in the sports, Kabaddi matches and listened to folk songs. With the passage of time, we find no difference between the amusements of the villagers and those of the citizen. Construction of roads has connected the villages to the cities. Electricity has been supplied to most of the villages. Every village has a television set and refrigerator in his home. That entertains his guests with pepsi cola and other cold drinks. Besides sports and kabaddi matches a village fair is also poplar recreation for the village folk. Farmers work hard all the year in their fields. They need some hours of relief and relaxation from boring life. A fair provides them a good entertainment after a harvest. It provides them an opportunity to enjoy to their heart’s content. They forget their cares, worries and laborious work. They put a few hours in the fun and frolic of the fair. Fairs are associated with seasons. In Lahore Mela Cheraghan is held in the last week of March. Mela Naulakha Hazrari is held at Shahkot (Sheikhupura) on 23rd March every year. It is celebrated in memory of a saint. Villagers come from far and near to enjoy the fair. It continues for three day. They attend the fair in groups. They shout, laugh and dance at the beat of drums. There are stalls and shops of toys and sweets, which have a good sale. Fair the most popular form of entertainment for the villagers. It provides them relief from the year long hard work. Mobile Mobile is a mini device through which people talk with one another. It is the latest invention of this era. There was a time when telephone had great important in business fields and in houses to keep the people in touch with one another. But with the advent of mobile, houses look bare with telephones even offices as well. Mobile is a mini device without wires. Mobile is not only a means of talking to others but also it does many other activities of people. The latest mobiles work like a computer. We can watch movies stored in its memory. We can draw a lot of pictures through its camera. We can watch many live programmes on its mini screen if it has the facility of internet in its functions. Using internet, we can employ facebook , google, youtube and many more websites that we need. Mobile is a sort of mini computer. A latest mobile does all the activities which a computer does. It always remains with us and helps us when we are in trouble. A traveling person does not have any difficulty to reach his goal. A business man always feels a helplessness if he does not have any mobile. Mobile has become the dire need of human life.

clone wars :: essays research papers

Cloning man new friend or gods worst enemy Cloning can mean a couple of different things. In 1993, Dr. Jerry Hall and Dr. Robert Stillman, infertility researchers at George Washington University, successfully split a human zygote into two separate zygotes with the same genetic makeup, essentially the same process that occurs naturally with identical twins. They had created a clone, a second individual with the exact genetic blueprint of the first. Hall and Stillman didn't have the technology to allow their "twins" to survive full term. The birth of Dolly, though, changed all that. Dolly, the cloned lamb, was a very unique kind of twin. Her genetic double was an adult born years earlier. A team headed by Dr. Ian Wilmut, an embryologist at the Rosland Institute in Edinburgh, Scotland, evacuated the genetic material from the ovum of a sheep. When the nucleus from a cell of an adult sheep was electrically fused to the egg, it developed normally into a fetus, and eventually into a lamb. What is remarkable about Dolly is that this is the first time an animal has been cloned from an adult. It is also the first mammal that has no biological father. Dolly is a time-delayed twin. Virtually all of the confusion about the morality of cloning can be clarified once we answer two very basic questions, one factual and one ethical. First, what manner of being does cloning produce? Is it human? Would it have a soul? Second, what are our moral obligations to a clone? Can we use clones to create a race of slaves or as a living warehouse of human parts? Rejuvenation, suggests that it may someday be possible to reverse the aging process because of what we learn from cloning. Human cloning technology could be used to reverse heart attacks. Many scientists believe that they may be able to treat heart attack victims by cloning their healthy heart cells and injecting them into the areas of the heart that have been damaged. Heart disease is the number one killer in the United States and several other industrialized countries. Another reason why cloning is important Is because Its a breakthrough with human stem cells. Embryonic stem cells can be grown to produce organs or tissues to repair or replace damaged ones. Skin for burn victims, brain cells for the brain damaged, spinal cord cells for quadriplegics and paraplegics, hearts, lungs, livers, and kidneys could be produced. clone wars :: essays research papers Cloning man new friend or gods worst enemy Cloning can mean a couple of different things. Online gambling and social responsibility Essay

The Gaming Industry does not escape as any other industry in acting responsibly and being sensible to the society in which it operates. Since the early 50s and 60s when the gaming industry was targeted and tagged as one controlled by criminals, and as cited earlier in this paper, the industry has been regulated constantly to prevent customers to be the target and profit and limit the expansion of the gambling criminal activities. But with the constant regulatory eye of the government, how can’t the gaming industry act as any other where the main purpose of business activity is the creation of profits? In an attempt to portray the main and traditional intention of a business, Cavico explains that a corporation main purpose in our society is the profitable production and distribution of goods and services (Cavico, 2009). In fact, that is how corporations invest money in a business opportunity to create profits, and gradually based on the market and business condition, look for an expansion of their operations in the search for more opportunities and profits. The online gaming industry, domestic or international, has this intent as their main purpose of existence. Exploring the social responsible side of corporations, John Bussey in a Wall Street Journal article, introduces a justification why companies would benefit from adopting the social responsible side, by mentioning Starbucks’s CEO, Howard Schultz in promoting corporate social responsibility in companies. Also, the article also compares Mr. Schultz’s viewpoint with Milton Friedman’s position. Mr. Friedman said that â€Å"there is one and only one social responsibility of business to use its resources and engage in activities designed to increase its profits so long as it stays within the rules of the game. † However, Mr. Schultz’s corporate social responsible movement states in contrast that â€Å"companies that hold on to the old-school, singular view of limiting their responsibilities to making a profit will not only discover it is a shallow goal, but an unsustainable one,† and added that â€Å"values increasingly drive consumer and employee loyalties. Money and talent will follow those companies whose values are compatible. â€Å"(Bussey, 2011). With this context in mind, Milton Friedman, in a New York Times article, explains eloquently the role of government and elected representatives are the ones providing all rules, regulations and environment necessary for a responsible and welfare of the society, and concludes that by political principle, this is the main domain of government and not corporations (Friedman, 1970). Thus, how can the Online Gaming industry take advantage of the gambling status quo and be socially responsible, improve acceptance of society, and in return expands their business activities online? The gaming industry has been limited to ground operations based primarily on the fact that they have already impacted vulnerable customers in our society. Several aspects such as financial instability, emotional and psychological impact, and addiction to both gambling and internet use, are the negative factors to consider in the public forum and discussion for internet gambling acceptance in our society (Griffits, 2002). Many medical studies revealed how customers are socially, psychologically and economically impacted by the persistent side effects of online gaming and what how the medical community defines this type of addiction risk as pathological gambling (Harvard Health, 2004). Pathological gambling as disorder presents in addicts preoccupation of past, present and future, need to increase wagers, repeated unsuccessful efforts to stop or cut back, escape from every day problems, restlessness, committing illegal acts to finance gambling, lying, losing or jeopardizing careers or family relationships, and/or requesting gifts or loans to pay gambling debts (Harvard Health, 2004). With this context, gambling customers are exposed to either initiate these behaviors, continue with their present trends, or making them worse in the future without adequate education and/or professional counseling. To make matters worse, the technology diversification found on intelligent mobile devices such as intelligent phones and tablets, besides computers at home, are an open channel for many individuals to internet gambling (Griffits, 2002). With the recent trend of extensively social networks use, the elevated impact of texting or posting comments anytime and anywhere, and the serious accidents seen in recent years, lawmakers will see very difficult to work with both sides: either advocating the main purpose of online gambling on the merely entertainment business grounds, and thereforerelaxing their current   limitations and prohibition, or to promote the prohibition of the such business operation medium. Still in this background, the recent mobile technology diversification and the potential increase of compulsive behaviors mentioned above, will make matter worse to build a positive case for this industry. In response to create awareness among operators, regulators and the public of the potential problem that internet gambling represents, the National Council on Problem Gaming, an organization founded in 1972 as a non-partisan, non-profit organization that is neutral on legalized gambling, advocates for programs and services to assist problem gamblers and their families, published in April 2012 an Internet Responsible Gaming Standards. The document available at ncpgambling. org shows a summary of recommendations to nationally advocate programs and services to help problem gamblers and their families (National Council 2012). The NCPG is one of the many initiatives found domestically to provide support to Internet gambling addicts and promote awareness. Other organizations such as the Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous. org) and National Center for Responsible Gaming (ncrg. org) are among non-profit organizations dedicated to assist, advocate and promote responsible gaming practices and the development of effective prevention and treatment strategies for gambling disorders among all legislators, regulators, researchers, treatment professionals, industry representatives and informed citizens. On the consumer side, and according to the American Gaming Association (AGA) website, while current U. S. laws prevent the use of betting on online sites which are mostly based overseas, American consumers feel that both technology and times have changed, and the internet gambling option is something that should be passed by congress. Presently, consumers are exposed to either prosecution by federal authorities, or to the mercy of overseas gaming companies out of the jurisdiction of U. S.authorities, making this more difficult and risky (AGA 2012). Viewing the aspect of social responsibility from a different angle, other industries found beneficial exploring and integrating the corporate social responsibility (CSR) aspect to the point that is now incorporated as part of the daily business activities. The interest and move for being a CSR company follows, as Cavico states, that a corporation cannot sustain economic viability in an even, unstable and deteriorating society. In some examples portrayed by Cavico, Google efforts to combat poverty, Starbucks assisting growers in developing countries, and Microsoft supporting the fight to obesity among employees, are some examples of the efforts companies employed to be more appealing to the cause of social responsibility (Cavico 2009). Being attractive has two other focuses. Number one, gain better public image with society and consumers, and number two, improve attraction to investors who are looking for environmentally responsible companies. For example, Starbucks customers are more sympathetic to consume coffee knowing that it comes from a fair certified grower. At the same time, Starbucks improves and changes the marketing strategy, makes themselves more appealing to socially minded investors (Cavico, 2009). Within the same context used by other companies, currently gambling corporations follow the same concept of the CSR entity with the assistance of the American Gaming Association (AGA, americangaming. org). Each company that is listed under the AGA website lists their own efforts to be more socially responsible providing programs at employee levels, support the National Council for Responsible Gambling and promote responsible gambling through websites. However, each one follows in this respect the same rhetoric of cooperating or supporting an organization, but there are no references to case studies, or links explaining the success in other areas such as schools or universities, or expanding the actual work of being a CSR company that cares about their customers and society, failing to make a stronger case in search of acceptance and informing the society. In contrast, Google provides in their corporate page detailed information for each assisting program the company is involved domestically and internationally. The authors believe that here is where the industry can make a major case and effort to improve their future expansion into the online arena. It is certain that corporations in general are under the scrutiny of two entities. First, society in general who looks for these organizations to be corporate socially responsible, and recognized as major driver providing work opportunities in several areas of the country. Also, divulging that part of their current CSR efforts are producing results by means of improvement in areas of concern such as education, income and health. Second, the company, by promoting their CSR efforts and results, will become more attractive to conscious investors who are looking for CSR companies with excellent CSR results investing their profits in those communities where they operate. Finally, the authors believe that the internet gambling industry has a good opportunity to remove old labels as threats to society by lessening the potential impact in society with addiction and other illegal activities related, and to build and expand their CSR plans to move into the direction other companies enjoy with the public opinion. This industry has the capacity and capability to deliver a strong case that online gaming is another entertainment activity, and that it will act socially responsible, not only giving back to their communities, but also operating in thorough and healthy regulatory environment. Most importantly, the industry can take advantage that the 21st century American society is more open to accept the industry if it displays results back in the search of a case for their future domestic online service. Discuss the parent and child relationship in essays

Discuss the parent and child relationship in essays Discuss the parent and child relationship in "Snow Falling on Cedars". One of the most important themes in the book "Snow Falling on Cedars" is the parent-child relationship. Parents' believing and past experiences will influence their children, they wish their beliefs can help their child to be a better person who holds his own dignity and values. Each individual's behaviour and their way of thinking or jugdement is therefore, affected directly or sometimes indirectly by their parents' beliefs in this book. In 1954, after passing through the time of World War II, most people were still holding strongly to their traditional thoughts. While her daughters were growing up, Fujiko, Hatsue's mother, was wary of hakujin, the word she used to refer to white Americans. In addition to her past sufferings and experiences in life, she urged her young daughters to follow their Japanese cultural traditions and roles, and did not want to see them act like white Americans. She told her daughters about the Seattle rooms she had cleaned , the sheets on which hakujin had vomit blood, the toilet full of their excrement, etc. Fujiko stressed that her life had long been difficult under the world of hakijin. Fujiko even sent her daughter to Mrs Shigemura, who told Hatsue to avoid white men, claiming that they treated Japanese girls without respect. However, Hatsue, still in her young age of eighteen, with the growth of her own independent thinking and the influence of Western culture from her hakujin school mates, she disagreed the beliefs of her mother, arguing that people should be judged as individuals rather than stereotyped as members of groups. As Hatsue was once crowned as the Strawberry princess, and she was living harmony with her school mates, she thought that her mother was exaggerating, and she did not see any differences between the white and Japanese, she saw herself more America than Japanese. Fujiko did not wish Hatsue to be tainted by t...

SAT for Early Admissions Deadlines

When's the Last ACT/SAT for Early Admissions Deadlines SAT / ACT Prep Online Guides and Tips When’s the latest you can take the SAT or ACT if you’re submitting an early decision college application? You might be surprised by how late some colleges accept SAT and ACT scores- and how early others require them! Read on to find out the latest dates on which you can take the SAT and ACT, and get specific dates for top colleges. What Is Early Decision and When Are Applications Due? Early decision gives you the chance to apply to your first-choice college early and get an admission decision before winter break. Early decision application deadlines tend to be on or around November 1. Schools with early decision typically promise to have results sent to applicants between December 1 and December 15. Some early decision deadlines are even earlier in October, meaning that your application will be evaluated during a pretty narrow window in November. As a result, usuallythelast ACT date you can take for early decision is in October and thelast SAT date is in November. Scores from these test dates should arrive in November, just in time for early decision. (For the 2019-20 school year, this means you can take either the ACT on October 26 or theSAT on November 2.) This is just a general rule, however, sodon't automatically assume that these dates will work for the school you’re applying to early decision! For some colleges, the last possible dates that can work for early decision are even earlier: the September ACT or the October SAT. (In other words, you can take, at latest, either the ACT on September 14, 2019, or the SAT on October 5, 2019.) If you’re taking the last possible ACT or SAT and applying early decision, make sure to mark that school down to receive your test scores when you sign up for the test. Don’t wait to see your scores first before sending them, as they won't arrive in time to be considered! If there's a problem with your SAT/ACT score reports (for example, they get delayed), colleges will sometimes accept a screenshot or printout of the reportsent from your guidance counselor as a provisional result. That said, they will still want the official report eventually. Once again, don't assume this will be the case for your particular school, so always plan to get your SAT/ACT scores in by the application deadline- if not earlier! General Advice for Applying Early Decision If you’re reading this as a junior or younger and you’re planning to apply early somewhere, aim to have your testing done before senior year- ideally by June. Remember that if you’re applying early decision, you'll need to work on your college applications earlier than normal. And studying for the ACT/SAT while applying to college can be stressful. (The College Board says thatOctober should be your last possible SAT date but recommends taking the test by June.) Getting your testing done by June will free up the whole summer before your senior year- and also free up your senior fall to give you time to work on your early decision application. With this time, you can write your best possible college essays, come up with astute answers for smaller application questions, and decide who will write you the most effective letters of recommendation. As you can see, if you also had to study for the SAT or ACT, you'd waste valuable time that would be arguably better spent improving your college applications. Summer means sun, sand, surf ... and college application essays. Plus, if you’re sending scores from the last possible test date, you’re taking a pretty big risk.If it’s your first SAT/ACT and your scores aren't within the school’s average scores range, your chances of admission could be compromised. If it’s a retakeand your score drops, that won't look great either. Though most colleges focus on your highest scores, some schools require all SAT scores or all ACT scores and will evaluate every test result they receive, high or low. Ideally, you should have already achieved scores within your school’s score ranges by your senior year. Taking the ACT or SAT during your junior year or summer before your senior year (the December, March, May, June, or August SATs or theDecember, February, April, June, or JulyACTs) is best. Waiting until the September/October ACTs or October/November SATs your senior fall will only create a serious time crunch. Nevertheless, if you do need to take the SAT or ACT during your senior fall (either for the first time or as a retake), don't stress out. You can still study enough to get a high score and put together a great application- just be prepared to be busy during the fall! Under American control, the East and West Florida were united to form one American zone, which became the modern
